About the Role
Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, the Maintenance Reliability Engineer will lead maintenance and reliability efforts to support Howmet Aerospace business goals. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve equipment uptime, strengthen reliability practices, and ensure facility systems meet applicable standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead change initiatives that increase proactive maintenance through better allocation of maintenance resources for critical facility systems
- Direct maintenance and reliability activities for production equipment, infrastructure, buildings, and grounds
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during project development, reviews, and continuous improvement efforts
- Support compliance with industry and internal maintenance/reliability expectations
Requirements
- Strong background in maintenance and reliability engineering for industrial production and facility systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reliability outcomes
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices and reliability concepts
