About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end email execution—from campaign setup to ongoing optimization. You’ll help build email programs that improve engagement, retention, and revenue through smart automation and data-driven testing.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and continuously improve email campaigns across marketing and lifecycle stages
- Design and manage automated flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement
- Create audience segmentation strategies to deliver relevant, targeted messaging
- Run A/B tests on elements such as subject lines, content, and send strategy to improve performance
Requirements
- Practical experience managing the full email lifecycle (campaign execution and optimization)
- Strong understanding of email automation and lifecycle journeys
- Experience with segmentation and performance measurement
- Comfort working with testing and iterative improvement based on results
