About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end email execution and improvement. You’ll build and refine email programs that increase engagement, support retention, and drive measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and continuously optimize email campaigns across marketing and lifecycle stages
- Design and manage automated flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement sequences
- Create and maintain audience segmentation to deliver targeted, relevant messaging
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send performance to improve results
- Monitor key email metrics and use insights to optimize setup, delivery, and ongoing performance
Requirements
- Practical experience managing the full email lifecycle from setup through optimization
- Strong working knowledge of email automation and lifecycle messaging
- Experience with segmentation and performance-driven experimentation
- Ability to take ownership of email program outcomes and iterate based on data
