About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and run end-to-end email marketing programs. You’ll own campaign execution and ongoing optimization to drive stronger engagement, retention, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and continuously improve email campaigns across marketing and lifecycle stages
- Design and manage marketing automation flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement
- Create segmentation strategies to deliver targeted, relevant messaging
- Run A/B tests (e.g., subject lines and content) and apply results to improve performance
- Monitor KPIs and optimize email performance from setup through refinement
Requirements
- Proven experience executing email marketing programs end to end
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and lifecycle messaging
- Hands-on ability to run and interpret A/B tests
- Comfort owning performance improvements over time
