About the Role
Joseph’s Bakery, a family-owned company since 1972 and now led by the third generation, is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to help turn data into practical insights. Working alongside our Sales & Marketing team, you’ll support growth for both the Joseph’s and Tumaro’s brands by identifying trends, interpreting customer behavior, and recommending actions backed by analytics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance and key drivers across products, channels, and time periods
- Review market trends and customer/consumer insights to uncover growth opportunities
- Work with syndicated data and internal reporting to track performance and identify patterns
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate findings into clear business recommendations
- Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Support strategic planning by forecasting and evaluating sales initiatives
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data
- Experience working with reporting tools and data sets (e.g., Excel and/or BI tools)
- Comfort collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to influence decisions
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills to explain insights clearly to non-technical audiences
