About the Role
Match Group is looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to help shape and deliver brand strategy for Match. This role sits within Everywhere & Everyone and is primarily focused on Match, with flexibility to support additional portfolio needs as priorities evolve.
Our connection-first approach extends beyond products—it's built into how we work. We collaborate in real life (IRL) three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy and execution to strengthen Match’s market presence and brand health
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to bring campaigns and messaging to life
- Support portfolio-wide needs over time while maintaining focus on Match priorities
- Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across channels
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment
- Comfort operating with a flexible scope across a broader portfolio when needed
