About the Role
We’re looking for a well-rounded Email Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end email marketing initiatives—from campaign build and automation to ongoing performance optimization. You’ll help shape email programs that improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and continuously improve email campaigns across marketing and lifecycle stages
- Design and manage automated journeys such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back flows
- Develop audience segmentation strategies to deliver relevant, targeted messaging
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send timing to improve key performance metrics
- Monitor performance and use insights to optimize delivery, content, and overall program effectiveness
Requirements
- Hands-on experience executing email campaigns across the full lifecycle
- Strong understanding of automation, segmentation, and lifecycle messaging
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
- Ability to take ownership of email setup, execution, and continuous improvement
