About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end email initiatives—from campaign setup and automation to ongoing optimization. You’ll help build and improve email programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns across marketing and lifecycle stages
- Design and manage automated flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement
- Create audience segmentation strategies to deliver relevant, targeted messaging
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and sending variables to improve performance
- Monitor results and continuously refine campaigns based on key metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience executing email marketing programs across the full lifecycle
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and email performance optimization
- Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results to drive improvements
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution and ownership
