About the Role
Join our GTM Enablement team as an Enablement Delivery Specialist, where you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of training experiences designed to improve field performance. This role blends logistics, facilitation, and production-minded execution to ensure every session—from core bootcamps to advanced workshops—runs with clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate training events end-to-end, including planning, coordination, and execution for in-person and virtual sessions
- Serve as the event “Producer” and “Emcee,” guiding attendees and keeping sessions on track
- Partner with stakeholders to translate program design into a smooth learner experience
- Manage logistics with precision to support high-quality delivery and strong participant outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of enablement delivery processes
Requirements
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or large-scale events (virtual and in-person)
- Strong coordination and time-management skills with a high attention to detail
- Comfort facilitating and presenting, with confidence as an on-screen or in-room host
- Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-growth environment
- Based in Chicago, with flexibility to support local event needs
