About the Role
SpaceXAI is seeking a highly organized Energy Storage Asset Manager to take ownership of asset performance, reliability, and overall operational results. In a small, engineering-focused team, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping ensure systems meet performance expectations and support our mission.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day performance tracking and reliability outcomes for energy storage assets
- Identify risks and performance gaps, then drive corrective actions to improve uptime and efficiency
- Coordinate technical work across internal stakeholders to ensure assets operate as intended
- Communicate status, findings, and next steps clearly and concisely with the team
- Contribute to continuous improvement through strong prioritization and disciplined execution
Requirements
- Technical background with experience managing or supporting energy storage systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to share knowledge accurately with teammates
- Strong problem-solving mindset focused on reliability and performance
