About the Role
SpaceXAI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help scale the development, deployment, and day-to-day operation of energy infrastructure and energy storage initiatives. This is a hands-on role in a small, fast-moving team where engineering excellence, initiative, and strong prioritization drive results.
Responsibilities
- Own program plans to support development through deployment and operational readiness
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering and technical stakeholders
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution
- Communicate progress clearly and concisely with internal teams
- Contribute directly to technical work as needed in a flat organization
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to share knowledge accurately and succinctly
- Demonstrated prioritization and execution discipline in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing technical programs end-to-end (development, deployment, operations)
- Comfort working hands-on and taking initiative in a small team
