About the Role
SpaceXAI is looking for an exceptional Permitting Specialist with deep expertise in power generation permitting in Texas. In this role, you’ll help guide our regulatory path and ensure our projects move forward efficiently and compliantly.
Responsibilities
- Lead permitting strategy and regulatory coordination for power generation projects
- Prepare, review, and manage permit applications and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements
- Track timelines, requirements, and submission status to support on-time progress
- Communicate clearly with teammates to share updates, risks, and next steps
Requirements
- Proven experience in power generation permitting, with strong knowledge of Texas regulatory processes
- Deep familiarity with permitting workflows, documentation standards, and compliance expectations
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple regulatory tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
