About the Role
Medlive is looking for an Engagement Marketing Manager to help grow and strengthen learner engagement across Medlive.com programs. You’ll develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies that improve participation and performance for clinicians as well as patients and caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Own engagement marketing strategy and execution across multiple therapeutic areas
- Monitor program performance and use insights to optimize campaigns and content experiences
- Develop and test tactics to increase audience engagement across Medlive.com offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programs are aligned with audience needs and learning goals
- Continuously evaluate results and report on outcomes to support ongoing improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in engagement-focused marketing (digital programs, lifecycle, or audience growth)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and drive optimization
- Experience working across multiple programs or therapeutic areas is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
