About the Role
Silverton Casino LLC is seeking an Engineer II to support the reliable operation and upkeep of mechanical and electrical systems across the property. This role requires hands-on experience with kitchen equipment maintenance as well as HVAC, refrigeration, heating systems, and related building infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, installations, and repairs for mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot boilers, refrigeration units, air handlers, generators, air compressors, and kitchen/bar equipment.
- Support routine upkeep of auxiliaries and building systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Apply knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work as needed for repairs and installations.
Requirements
- Proven experience repairing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Licensing/certifications in relevant areas (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing) including EPA certification where applicable.
- Ability to work across multiple trades including refrigeration, heating, and plumbing systems.
