About the Role
Roku is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead teams building highly scalable, highly available, real-time ad serving experiences. You’ll help power advertising that connects brands with audiences across the TV ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering teams focused on real-time ad serving systems
- Drive reliability, scalability, and performance improvements for production services
- Collaborate with product, data, and design partners to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes

Requirements
- Experience leading engineering teams (people leadership and delivery ownership)
- Strong background in designing and operating large-scale distributed systems
- Proficiency with backend engineering practices and real-time service concepts
- Track record of improving system reliability, latency, and throughput
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align stakeholders
