About the Role
Lantern is building a specialty care platform that connects people with top-tier care when they need it most. We’re looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help ensure our services are reliable, resilient, and scalable as we support millions of members nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Apply logic-driven troubleshooting to improve system reliability and service performance
- Partner with engineering teams to design, build, and operate production systems
- Identify reliability risks, reduce incident frequency, and improve recovery times
- Continuously evaluate and enhance monitoring, alerting, and operational processes
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in SRE or production operations
- Proven ability to reason through complex technical problems and drive progress
- Comfort working cross-functionally with software and infrastructure teams
