About the Role
Join Potomac Edison, a FirstEnergy company, as a Supervisor of Work Management. In this role, you’ll lead a Work Management team within Utility Operations Engineering Services, supporting safe, reliable electric service for customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the assigned Work Management group
- Coordinate and oversee work management processes to support operational execution
- Partner with internal teams to improve reliability, safety, and operational performance
- Support planning and execution activities that align with utility standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience in utility operations, work management, or related engineering/operations functions
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to coach and guide teams
- Strong understanding of safety-focused operational practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and operations stakeholders
