About the Role
We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers responsible for the consumer-facing experience of our prediction markets product. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and operations specialists to plan and launch trading experiences for major global events. This role is based in our New York, NY office and requires in-person attendance at least 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a software engineering team owning key consumer-facing features for the prediction markets platform
- Partner with product, design, and operations to define and deliver trading experiences for major events
- Own technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with product goals and reliable delivery
- Set and uphold coding standards and engineering best practices across the team
- Drive operational excellence for prediction market systems, focusing on quality, performance, and stability
- Support engineers’ growth through coaching, feedback, and career development
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering product features end-to-end
- Strong understanding of software architecture, engineering practices, and technical planning
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and design teams
- Track record of mentoring engineers and raising team technical standards
- Ability to work onsite in New York, NY at least 5 days per week
