About the Role
Regal Rexnord Automation Solutions is seeking an Engineering Project Leader II to lead the mechanical design and detailing of automation machinery. You’ll manage multiple units within a system design, ensuring the final assembly and operation meet both customer requirements and internal Regal Rexnord Automation Solutions standards.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate, cost-effective drawings for system layouts, components, and equipment
- Develop component drawings detailed for quality and safety
- Produce equipment drawings that clearly communicate expected performance
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple units within a larger system design
Requirements
- Experience producing mechanical engineering drawings with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to manage multiple design units while maintaining schedule commitments
- Knowledge of machinery design requirements related to assembly and safe operation
Work Model & Location
- Hybrid work model: onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday)
- Remote flexibility up to 2 days per week, including Friday
