About the Role
Airlock Digital is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead and scale enterprise sales across the Central region. You’ll be responsible for building and growing relationships with our largest, most strategic accounts (7,500+ employees) and driving execution of enterprise deals from early pipeline creation through negotiation and close.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including pipeline development, stakeholder mapping, and deal strategy.
- Translate company-wide sales goals into practical regional plans and execution.
- Lead complex, high-value negotiations with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Manage long sales cycles and navigate enterprise procurement processes.
- Set the tone for how the sales team approaches strategic deals and account growth.
Requirements
- Proven success leading enterprise sales and closing strategic, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong ability to develop pipeline and identify key decision-makers across organizations.
- Experience with negotiation, contracting, and enterprise procurement cycles.
- Track record of scaling sales performance within a defined territory or region.
