About the Role
Airlock Digital is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead and scale enterprise sales across the Central region. You’ll focus on building and expanding relationships with our largest and most strategic accounts (7,500+ employees) and owning the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value engagements.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise pipeline creation and growth within the assigned territory
- Map stakeholders and manage complex, multi-party buying committees
- Lead negotiations, manage deal strategy, and work through enterprise procurement processes
- Translate company-wide sales strategy into actionable regional plans and targets
- Set the tone for how the team approaches long, high-stakes sales cycles
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise sales with complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Track record of owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate enterprise procurement
- Experience selling to large organizations (enterprise-level account management)
