About the Role

Airlock Digital is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director to lead and scale enterprise sales across the Eastern/Great Lakes region. You’ll own the full sales cycle for our largest, most strategic accounts (7,500+ employees), turning company-wide sales strategy into clear regional plans and measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage enterprise pipeline from prospecting through close
  • Map stakeholders and guide deal strategy across complex, multi-party buying committees
  • Lead negotiations and drive enterprise procurement processes to successful agreement
  • Translate global sales direction into actionable territory execution plans
  • Establish the team’s approach to high-value, long-cycle enterprise deals

Requirements

  • Proven success leading enterprise-level sales engagements
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close large deals
  • Ability to develop pipeline and execute region-specific sales strategy
