About the Role
Airlock Digital is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead and scale enterprise sales across the SC/NC territory. You will drive growth with the company’s largest and most strategic accounts (7,500+ employees) by owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline development to stakeholder mapping, negotiation, and closing.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise sales execution for high-value, complex opportunities
- Develop and maintain pipeline by identifying target accounts and building multi-stakeholder plans
- Translate global sales strategy into regional territory plans and measurable execution goals
- Lead negotiations and coordinate internally to drive deals to successful closure
- Navigate long sales cycles, enterprise procurement processes, and buying committees
- Set the sales tone for the team and coach on enterprise deal strategy and execution
Requirements
- Proven experience selling to enterprise organizations and managing full-cycle deals
- Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and long procurement timelines
- Demonstrated track record of closing strategic, high-value enterprise agreements
- Ability to build pipeline and translate territory strategy into execution plans
- Experience developing relationships with senior decision-makers
