About the Role

Airlock Digital is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead and scale enterprise sales across the SC/NC territory. You will drive growth with the company’s largest and most strategic accounts (7,500+ employees) by owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline development to stakeholder mapping, negotiation, and closing.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise sales execution for high-value, complex opportunities
  • Develop and maintain pipeline by identifying target accounts and building multi-stakeholder plans
  • Translate global sales strategy into regional territory plans and measurable execution goals
  • Lead negotiations and coordinate internally to drive deals to successful closure
  • Navigate long sales cycles, enterprise procurement processes, and buying committees
  • Set the sales tone for the team and coach on enterprise deal strategy and execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling to enterprise organizations and managing full-cycle deals
  • Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and long procurement timelines
  • Demonstrated track record of closing strategic, high-value enterprise agreements
  • Ability to build pipeline and translate territory strategy into execution plans
  • Experience developing relationships with senior decision-makers
