About the Role
Airlock Digital is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead and scale enterprise sales across the Southeast region. You’ll focus on building and expanding relationships with the company’s largest and most strategic accounts (7,500+ employees), owning the end-to-end sales cycle for complex, high-value opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional enterprise sales plans aligned with company-wide strategy
- Build and manage pipeline, including stakeholder mapping and account prioritization
- Lead negotiations and drive deals from discovery through closing
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, long sales cycles, and enterprise procurement processes
- Set the tone for how the team approaches complex enterprise engagements
Requirements
- Proven enterprise sales leadership experience, including owning full-cycle sales
- Strong ability to manage complex deal cycles and enterprise procurement
- Track record of developing relationships with large, strategic organizations
- Experience translating sales strategy into measurable regional execution
