Responsibilities

- Update spreadsheets, trackers, and documents on a regular schedule
- Organize digital files so information is easy to find and use
- Assist with scheduling and task coordination to support ongoing work
- Monitor assigned tasks and follow up to help ensure timely completion
- Support internal teams by keeping information structured and up to date
- Review data for missing or inconsistent details and flag items for correction
- Maintain clear, professional written communication with teammates
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work within structured processes
- Basic experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Clear written communication skills
- Comfort managing repetitive tasks with consistency
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while remote
- No prior experience required—training will be provided
