Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in internal systems while maintaining record accuracy
- Refresh spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation on a regular schedule
- Organize digital files so information is easy to find and access
- Assist with scheduling, task coordination, and administrative processes
- Monitor assigned tasks and follow up to support timely completion
- Flag missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data for correction
- Maintain clear, professional written communication with internal teams
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow structured workflows and instructions
- Basic experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Clear written communication skills
- Comfort with repetitive tasks while staying consistent
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- No prior experience required—training will be provided
