About the Role

PULSE (MENA) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Professional to support our Operations team. In this remote-first role, you’ll help keep day-to-day work running smoothly by organizing information, coordinating schedules and meetings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting multiple teams with administrative and operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to managers and cross-functional teams
  • Prepare, edit, and organize business documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Maintain secure digital filing systems and document repositories
  • Monitor shared inboxes and route requests to the right team members
  • Coordinate internal workflows, operational tasks, and project milestones
  • Track outstanding action items and follow up as needed
  • Schedule meetings across time zones, send invitations/reminders, and support virtual events
  • Draft professional emails and internal announcements
  • Update databases and compile weekly/monthly administrative reports
  • Help improve administrative processes by identifying opportunities and supporting new tools

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of administrative, office support, customer service, internship, or related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Comfort learning new systems and administrative processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team
  • Familiarity with project coordination
  • Arabic language proficiency (plus)

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar)
  • Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
  • Collaboration and task tools (Slack, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Cloud document management systems
