About the Role
Join Tandem Care as an Evening Home Care Coordinator and help ensure our clients’ nights run smoothly. This part-time operations role supports caregivers behind the scenes from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. If you stay organized, communicate clearly, and handle last-minute changes with confidence, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Track caregiver arrivals and evening shift status in real time
- Answer caregiver questions promptly and route issues as needed
- Help resolve scheduling problems and unexpected incidents during the shift
- Ensure evening operations start strong and continue without interruptions
Requirements
- Availability Monday–Saturday, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing competing priorities
- Clear, professional communication and quick problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in a remote operations environment
