About the Role
EnsoData is seeking a Clinical Solutions Specialist to help healthcare organizations get the most from our solutions. In this customer-facing role, you’ll act as a clinical subject matter expert, supporting both pre-sale and post-sale efforts to improve outcomes for customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality product demonstrations tailored to clinical workflows
- Provide clinical training and enablement for healthcare customers
- Offer ongoing solution support to ensure successful adoption
- Partner closely with Sales Account Executives to support the sales process
- Use clinical expertise to address customer questions and drive effective implementations
Requirements
- Clinical background with strong understanding of healthcare processes
- Experience presenting to customers and delivering training
- Ability to translate clinical needs into practical solution guidance
- Comfort working in a hybrid or remote environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000–$100,000 OTE (base plus variable compensation), based on experience
