About the Role
Accel Entertainment is hiring an Evening Dispatch Solutions Representative to support our dispatch operations during evening hours. In this role, you’ll help ensure timely coordination and smooth service for our locations and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor evening dispatch workflows and help coordinate daily operational needs
- Communicate with relevant teams to support scheduling, routing, and issue resolution
- Track and document dispatch activity to maintain accurate records
- Support customer and location needs by escalating time-sensitive concerns appropriately
- Assist with reporting and operational updates as required
