About the Role
Asana is seeking a strategic, people-first leader to manage our global Administrative Business Partner (ABP) community. This role goes beyond traditional operations—it's focused on building stability, clarity, and growth for the team that supports Asana’s executive leadership.
You’ll lead full-time, global ABPs and oversee an offshore ABP support program, pairing operational excellence with a human-centric approach to help ABPs thrive in their careers while delivering top-tier support to our executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the global ABP community to ensure consistent, high-quality executive support
- Oversee offshore ABP support operations, including planning, prioritization, and performance alignment
- Establish processes and workflows that bring clarity and operational rigor to the team
- Partner with executive leadership to understand needs, anticipate changes, and improve support outcomes
- Support ABP career development through coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Drive cross-team collaboration to remove friction and elevate service levels
Requirements
- Experience leading administrative, executive support, or operations teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people leadership skills with an emphasis on coaching and development
- Demonstrated ability to balance operational structure with empathy and responsiveness
- Experience coordinating distributed teams (including offshore or remote support) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and strong judgment when partnering with senior leaders
