Grease Monkey 8054 is seeking a Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations and cultivate a service-first culture. You’ll be accountable for customer experience, sales performance, profitability, safety, and team development—balancing hands-on leadership in the service bay with strategic oversight of the center’s financial and operational results.
Responsibilities
- Own center performance by managing daily operations, staffing, and customer service standards
- Drive sales and revenue growth while monitoring cost control to protect profitability
- Ensure a safe, compliant work environment and follow established operational procedures
- Lead and coach the team to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee P&L management, including tracking performance metrics and addressing variances
- Manage vehicle health checks and support strong relationships with fleet and service partners
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a service, automotive, or operations-focused environment
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams in a fast-paced setting
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and consistent execution of standards
