About the Role
As an Executive Casino Host, you’ll deliver exceptional service to both guests and internal teams while creating memorable VIP gaming experiences. You’ll identify, develop, and maintain relationships with VIP players, ensuring they receive the right offers, promotions, and support throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service and model professional, courteous communication with guests and coworkers
- Handle challenging guest interactions with calm judgment and resilience
- Review player activity to determine comping needs and appropriate guest value
- Engage VIP players through telemarketing, written outreach, and on-floor interactions
- Promote available services, special events, and promotional opportunities to VIP guests
- Support the Marketing team with tournaments, promotions, and special events
- Coordinate communication between guests and management to ensure timely follow-through
Requirements
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust with VIP guests
- Ability to evaluate guest play and recommend comping based on established needs
- Excellent communication skills for outreach, on-floor engagement, and coordination with management
- Mandarin bilingual ability preferred
- Professional presence and teamwork-oriented approach
