About the Role
Legends Global at Moscone Center—Hospitality Services is hiring an Exhibitor Sales & Marketing Manager to market, sell, and manage food and beverage services for exhibitors and affiliate clients tied to events at the facility. Reporting to the Director of Catering Event Planning & Customer Success, you’ll partner with clients throughout the sales cycle to deliver smooth catering experiences and exceptional satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Promote catering services using telemarketing, email campaigns, postcard mailings, and website advertising
- Manage the website ordering system and maintain the related customer database
- Translate client catering specifications into operational, event-ready formats
- Support client outreach and relationship management to drive exhibitor and affiliate sales
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services align with client expectations
Requirements
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within hospitality, events, or food and beverage
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and administrative systems
- Detail-oriented approach to converting client requirements into operational plans
