About the Role

Legends Global at Moscone Center—Hospitality Services is hiring an Exhibitor Sales & Marketing Manager to market, sell, and manage food and beverage services for exhibitors and affiliate clients tied to events at the facility. Reporting to the Director of Catering Event Planning & Customer Success, you’ll partner with clients throughout the sales cycle to deliver smooth catering experiences and exceptional satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Promote catering services using telemarketing, email campaigns, postcard mailings, and website advertising
  • Manage the website ordering system and maintain the related customer database
  • Translate client catering specifications into operational, event-ready formats
  • Support client outreach and relationship management to drive exhibitor and affiliate sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services align with client expectations

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within hospitality, events, or food and beverage
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and administrative systems
  • Detail-oriented approach to converting client requirements into operational plans
