About the Role
As an Expansion Associate Principal, you’ll help launch new Via markets worldwide and ensure partner deployments run smoothly from start to finish. This role offers hands-on exposure to operations, product thinking, entrepreneurship, and business development, with you acting as the primary partner point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the launch of new Via deployments and own execution to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Drive strategic decision-making and rigorous project planning to stand up new markets effectively
- Manage product expectations with partners and coordinate development needs
- Use internal operational and marketing knowledge to guide deployment planning and partner support
- Analyze large volumes of proprietary data to produce actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience owning complex launches or partner deployments end to end
- Strong project planning and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
