About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a Learning Partner to support our Operations, Systems & Platforms organization. You’ll help build and strengthen learning experiences that enable teams to operate effectively, adopt new systems, and deliver reliable performance for AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Partner with operations and platform teams to identify training needs and skill gaps
- Develop learning materials and enablement content for internal audiences
- Support rollout and adoption of operational tools, processes, and platform changes
- Coordinate with stakeholders to measure learning effectiveness and improve programs
- Document best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of enablement
Requirements
- Experience creating or facilitating training, enablement, or learning programs
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and systems concepts
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally
- Comfort working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
