About the Role
We’re seeking an Expert Technical Governance & Operational Readiness Manager to lead the technical execution of our IT governance, risk, and readiness frameworks. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, the Technical Program Office, and Trust & Resilience to build and run lightweight IT workflows, strengthen technical compliance, and maintain continuous audit readiness.
This role is embedded within the Trust & Resilience team while maintaining a strategic dotted-line relationship to the Chief Compliance Officer to help ensure enterprise-wide alignment.
Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of technical compliance by translating governance frameworks into practical engineering workflows
- Execute roadmap and framework “technical tracks” across Product, Engineering, and Trust & Resilience
- Drive continuous audit readiness through ongoing evidence collection, gap analysis, and remediation planning
- Implement automated monitoring and lightweight controls to improve visibility into compliance posture
- Map technical requirements to applicable standards and internal policies, ensuring teams can operationalize them
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical controls and governance objectives
Requirements
- Deep experience in IT governance, risk management, and/or GRC programs with strong technical execution skills
- Proven ability to build and run operational readiness processes, including audit preparation and continuous compliance
- Experience with technical compliance mapping and translating frameworks into actionable workflows
- Familiarity with automated monitoring approaches and control evidence practices
- Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering and compliance partners
