About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to help deliver a secure, dependable, and scalable technology experience for employees. In this role, you’ll support the tools and services employees rely on across the company, working closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering to cover the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT operations support to ensure reliable access to required systems and services
- Partner with Security and Systems Engineering to help maintain secure, well-functioning technology environments
- Collaborate with People Ops and Engineering to support onboarding, changes, and offboarding workflows
- Troubleshoot issues and help drive improvements to operational processes and employee technology experiences
Requirements
- Practical experience supporting enterprise IT operations and employee technology needs
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on reliability and security
- Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
