About the Role
Rocketship Public Schools is seeking a Family Recruitment Specialist (TN-4) to join our Tennessee regional team. This full-time, exempt role supports the launch and growth of a new campus, helping connect families with high-quality public charter school options.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts for a newly launching campus
- Engage prospective families and guide them through the enrollment process
- Coordinate outreach activities in partnership with campus and regional teams
- Help ensure recruitment goals are met through consistent follow-up and tracking
- Represent Rocketship professionally while strengthening trust within the community
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, community outreach, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to equity and improving educational opportunities for underserved communities
