About the Role
Zipline is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for our autonomous logistics network. In this role, you’ll help ensure field teams and partners can execute reliable, safe deliveries that support healthcare providers, governments, and retailers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate field activities and assist with operational readiness for daily execution
- Support scheduling, task tracking, and on-site logistics to keep operations running smoothly
- Serve as a communication link between field teams and internal stakeholders
- Help monitor operational workflows and flag issues early to support timely resolution
- Maintain organized records and assist with reporting as needed
Requirements
- Experience coordinating operations, field support, or a similar logistics-focused role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation platforms)
