About the Role
Continental is seeking a Field Service Technician to support our contract dining and refreshment operations. You’ll help keep equipment running reliably so our teams can deliver great guest experiences—every meal, every day.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site service and troubleshooting for foodservice and related equipment
- Complete repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections according to established procedures
- Diagnose issues efficiently and coordinate follow-up actions to restore service
- Maintain accurate service documentation and track work completed
- Support a high standard of quality and safety while working in customer locations
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment in a field or service environment
- Strong mechanical and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple service calls
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed
