About the Role
As a Finance Operations & COE Manager, you’ll help drive the systems and insights that make growth predictable and sustainable. You’ll partner across Finance, Product, and Go-To-Market to design and scale Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Revenue Accounting workstreams, ensuring teams have the resources they need to execute on our mission.
Responsibilities
- Act as the architect of scale for Q2C and Revenue Accounting processes and operating models
- Partner with Product and GTM teams to align financial operations with customer and commercial workflows
- Identify drivers of performance and translate them into actionable operational improvements
- Ensure objectives are feasible by building clear plans, governance, and cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve reporting, controls, and execution across the finance lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience leading finance operations, revenue accounting, or quote-to-cash process improvements
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Product and GTM stakeholders
- Ability to design scalable processes and operating rhythms across teams
- Comfort working with operational metrics to understand growth drivers and performance trends
- Strong communication skills and a track record of driving change through influence
