About the Role
At Ford, Finance teams partner with Operations to strengthen business performance and support industry leadership. In this role, you’ll lead financial analysis and help shape strategy for projects that support FCSD’s growth goals—impacting areas across planning, manufacturing, marketing, and global distribution.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial support to the FCSD Digital Solutions group developing products to modernize the dealer service experience for Ford customers
- Support initiatives that help grow FCSD retail service
- Lead financial analysis for critical agile projects and contribute to project strategy development
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable financial insights
Requirements
- Experience in finance with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively with operations and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting agile project environments and project-based financial planning
