About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-focused Document Processing Associate to support day-to-day financial operations for an investment management and financial services organization. This 100% onsite role is based in Owings Mills, MD, and requires candidates to reside in the local area. You’ll help manage investor correspondence, financial documents, and check-related processing in a fast-paced environment.
This is a great opportunity to build long-term experience in financial operations with the potential for permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and process incoming mail and investor correspondence
- Handle and route financial documents according to established procedures
- Support check processing activities and related operational workflows
- Maintain accuracy and completeness while working through high-volume tasks
- Follow internal guidelines to ensure documents are handled securely and correctly
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operations setting
- Comfort working with administrative and financial processing workflows
- Reliable attendance for a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:45 PM)
- Must reside in the Owings Mills, MD area
