About the Role
Join our team as a Financial Analyst in Ann Arbor, MI. In this onsite position, you’ll support the full accounting cycle—from general ledger review to financial analysis—helping ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights for the business.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly reviews of cost center expenses and support month-end close activities.
- Review and process month-end sales and delivery cutoffs to support proper revenue recognition.
- Assist with analysis and processing related to production orders and related financial impacts.
- Support annual budget preparation and ongoing budget monitoring.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and analytics required by group and local controlling.
- Focus on Sales & Delivery (S&D) controlling to help maintain stability in sales operations.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to translate financial data into decision-support insights.
Requirements
- Experience in finance or accounting with exposure to general ledger review and month-end processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Comfort working with budgets, forecasts, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common financial reporting tools and spreadsheet-based analysis.
