About the Role
Concilio is looking for a Fiscal Accountant to support mission-driven programs by ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong fiscal controls. You’ll collaborate with a committed team focused on education, workforce development, child welfare, family support, and housing stability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile financial records to support timely, accurate reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking program expenditures
- Support audits and ensure documentation is complete and organized
- Review transactions for accuracy, compliance, and proper coding
- Partner with internal teams to resolve questions and improve fiscal processes
Requirements
- Experience in accounting with a focus on fiscal reporting and reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
