About the Role
Redhorse Corporation is hiring a Mid-Level Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support government customers and help enable the transfer of defense articles and services to international partners through the Foreign Military Sales process overseen by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA).
You’ll play a key role in ensuring FMS activities are handled efficiently and effectively, contributing to mission-critical outcomes for U.S. national interests.
Responsibilities
- Support analysis and execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) activities in alignment with DSCA processes
- Assist with coordination and documentation to support timely case development and lifecycle actions
- Review and help maintain data accuracy across FMS-related records and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support customer needs and operational requirements
- Contribute to process improvements that strengthen efficiency, compliance, and traceability
Requirements
- Mid-level experience supporting defense or government contracting environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex program data
- Comfort working with government processes, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Analytical mindset with the ability to organize information and produce clear outputs
- U.S. citizenship may be required for this role (based on customer/program requirements)
