About the Role
Join our manufacturing team as a Forging Press Operator at our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN. In this role, you’ll operate production equipment in a safe, quality-focused way to meet productivity expectations.
Responsibilities
- Operate forging press and related production equipment according to established quality and productivity requirements
- Maintain a safe work environment by stopping work and reporting major injury hazards immediately
- Follow HSE standards and promptly report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, and hazards
- Support environmental stewardship by recognizing and minimizing environmental impacts
Requirements
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and consistently
- Comfort working in a production environment with quality and productivity targets
- Willingness to follow procedures and report safety and compliance concerns promptly
