Production Supervisor (Day-to-Day Operations) - Hybrid/Onsite

About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead daily operations on the production floor, guiding a team of approximately 20–30 associates. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll help ensure safe, efficient, and timely product flow through the plant while maintaining strong quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce all safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Supervise production associates, including training, coaching, scheduling work, and assigning tasks
• Support performance management through feedback, recognition, and appropriate discipline
• Resolve team issues and handle escalations, complaints, and operational problems
• Monitor production progress to ensure products move efficiently through the facility
• Maintain accurate documentation and set a strong example for team behavior
• Focus on quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement in day-to-day production

Requirements

• Experience supervising or leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of safety practices and the ability to enforce procedures
• Proven ability to plan and direct work while meeting quality and throughput expectations
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Comfort with coaching, training, and performance development
