About the Role
Join a fast-growing AI transformation and implementation consultancy as a Forward Deployed Engineer. You’ll work directly with Fortune 500 clients on confidential, high-priority AI initiatives—bridging strategy and hands-on engineering to deliver real outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a post-sale, client-facing software engineer delivering AI engineering workstreams
- Implement and integrate AI solutions in collaboration with client stakeholders and technical teams
- Translate client needs into practical engineering plans and production-ready systems
- Contribute to delivery quality while maintaining strong communication and trust with C-suite partners
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience building and shipping production systems
- Practical AI/ML engineering experience (model integration, pipelines, or related implementation work)
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-moving, client-oriented environment
- Comfort working with confidential initiatives and communicating clearly across technical and business audiences
Benefits
- Base salary of $180K
- OTE potential up to $500K+
